Your poll votes now save reliably and can't change after the host locks a round. Locking posts a clean result card with the tally, and availability polls highlight the time most of the crew can make.

Post a round poll with no details and let anyone add courses and times — vote counts now update live as people chip in. When it's time to settle, the host picks the winner (and breaks any ties) instead of the app guessing.

The handicap now spots weaker players a real, whole-stroke gap instead of a barely-there softening, so an underdog can actually win. And when you've only played a few rounds together, a simple −/+ on each player lets the table hand-balance a round — it ripples through every pairing and resets next round.

Fixed a bug where reopening a finished round could double some side-bet payouts on the settlement screen. Your totals now match exactly what was shown the moment the round finished.

Empty screens, your Wrapped recap, the badge gallery and crew identities now carry hand-illustrated artwork instead of bare icons — including ornamental tier frames on every badge and pick-your-own crests for your crews.

Every course and layout page now has a Directions button that opens Apple or Google Maps straight to the course — plus a cleaner look with a satellite map, at-a-glance stat tiles and a colour-coded hole table.

Every map — in your round, on the course pages, and the course finder — now shows real satellite imagery so you can read the fairways, trees and out-of-bounds at a glance. Prefer the plain map? Tap the layer switch to flip back.

Step away mid-round — to reply to a message or take a call — and when you come back to DiscGolfer minutes later, your scorecard jumps straight to the first hole that's still missing a score. No scrolling back to find where you left off.

Tap any message in a round's chat to drop a quick reaction — 🔥, 👍, 🦅, 💀 or 😮 — instead of typing a reply. Counts show under the bubble and update live for everyone watching the round, the same way reactions already work in your crew chats.

Your per-month summary in History had a maths bug: a round where you only logged a few holes was scored against the whole course's par, so an impossible “best −51” could show up and drag the monthly average off. Best round and average now only count complete rounds, scored hole-by-hole.

When anyone in a round taps “Finish”, every other player's app reflects it within a second or two — the “Round in progress” card on your Home clears itself, and anyone still on the scoring screen is taken to the results. No more stale rounds lingering because you wrapped up on another phone. We also tidied up Home: the old “Recently finished” friends list is gone — a friend wrapping up a round now shows up in your chat, where it belongs. (As a safety net, anything left open and untouched for over a day still quietly finishes itself in the background.)

The tap-an-emoji reactions on rounds and holes are gone. Every round now has its own chat, which does the same job better — so just drop a message there.

The Lobby's “Sessions” tab is now “Rounds” — plainer about what's there: games anyone can join. Each tab now opens with a one-line note on how it works (dismiss it once and it stays gone), and the post and round composers tell you up front that links or contact details get a quick safety check before they show.

Home now gathers your updates — What's new, your Wrapped and stats tips — under a single “For you” section, instead of a stack of look-alike cards. And everything you configure (notifications, dark mode, account, imports) moved to a dedicated Settings page, reached from your profile. Notifications are sorted into four collapsible groups, so the one switch you're after is quick to find.

When you move to the next hole, a quiet line at the top now recaps how the bets shifted last hole — who tied the worst hole, who's leading the front, whether the birdie pot is still up for grabs. No mental math and no popups: it's there to read if you want it, and folds away on its own once you start scoring.

The “on the line” min/max on the setup screen no longer counts Hole-in-One and Eagle, since those only pay out if someone actually scores one — so the figure reflects what's realistically at stake (a small note still lists them). Setting those two stakes is quicker too: tap a preset (€5–€100) or step €5 at a time instead of fifty cents.

We reframed the Lobby around what it's really for: meeting the players you'll keep playing with. Schedule or join a round to get a first game in, post who you are and when you play, and message safely once you've found someone worth throwing with. A good round with someone new is just the start — the goal is the two or three locals who turn into your regular group.

Setting where you play in the Lobby is much faster now. Tap “Near me” and we auto-pick the cities closest to you — add or remove any you like — and your choice becomes your default filter on both the rounds and the partners board. Every Finnish city is here now (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere and the rest), with a quick search for any town. Turn on “Near me” to see posts within about 50 km wherever you are, and when you haven't picked anything you'll simply see everything until you narrow it down.

Front 9 and Back 9 are now Best Front and Best Back, and they finally work on any course length. We split the round at its real halfway point — so on a 9-hole round Best Front covers holes 1–4 and Best Back covers 5–9, on 18 holes it's 1–9 and 10–18, and so on. Best Front settles the moment everyone's finished the front half, Best Back at the end of the round, and a tie splits the prize between the winners. We also retired the Longest Putt bet — it overlapped Closest to Pin and Longest Drive and never settled cleanly.

Add a Hole-in-One or Eagle bet to your round and the whole group pays whoever pulls it off. You set the total prize — €30 for an ace, €15 for an eagle by default — and it's split evenly among everyone else. They pay out automatically the moment the score goes in, every time it happens, so a round with two aces rewards both. Tweak the prizes at setup or mid-round from Edit round setup.

We went screen by screen tightening the details. The period and category filters on your stats and badges are a little bigger and easier to hit, the courses List/Map switch now lifts the selected side so it's obvious which view you're on, and the small menu buttons in your history are proper-sized tap targets. Little things — but the whole app feels a touch more comfortable in the thumb.

We've tightened up the find-partners Lobby: anonymous posts now stay anonymous even to a determined snoop, reporting someone is harder to abuse, and if you block a person the whole conversation goes away for both of you. Posts that look like they share a phone number, email or link get a quick once-over before they spread, and our moderators see the oldest unhandled reports first so nothing slips through.

Play a round any week and you start a streak. Once you're two weeks deep, a flame badge appears on your home screen showing how many weeks you've kept it going — tap it to see your longest-ever streak and the last 12 weeks at a glance. If a week's running out and you haven't played, we'll give you a Sunday-evening nudge so the streak doesn't break on you.

Tapping a round — yours or a friend's to watch — now skips the old "join or watch" prompt and takes you in directly, landing on the hole that's actually being played instead of hole 1. And if you reopen the app onto a round that quietly ended hours ago, you'll see its standings with a "Resume scoring" option, rather than being dumped back onto a stale scorecard.

Playing the Random Disc Teeoff and someone wants to throw a different number of discs? Open the in-round setup editor, go to Side bets, and adjust each player's disc count on the fly — no need to restart the round.

There's a new Lobby tab for meeting players you don't know yet. Schedule a round — "tonight 17:00 at Tali, need two more" — and let anyone sign up, with a chat per session and a vote if someone suggests a new time. Or put up a "looking for partners" post, filter the board by your city or course (smaller towns included), tap "I'm interested", and choose whether to show your name or stay anonymous. Messaging is safe by design: your first message to a stranger is a request they accept before the conversation opens — friends skip the wait — and you can block or report anyone from anywhere. You'll get a heads-up when someone joins your round, replies to your post, or messages you.

The live event stream got a big rework. Events now show when they actually happened ("Hole 7 · 12 min ago"), and joining mid-round greets you with a catch-up reel you can play back or skip. There are storylines as they unfold — who's on the tee riding a streak, which bet is still up for grabs, who's projected to win — plus tap-a-player cards, a round-leaders carousel, and bet wins that settle together now collapse into one card instead of stacking up.

Cheers on a shared watch link now float up the screen as they land — your own taps and the rest of the crowd's — so following a friend's round feels alive.

The on-screen scorecard now reads at a glance — birdies, bogeys and aces stand out with the same circles, squares and fills as the shareable image. Eagles get a blue circle, aces a gold ring, double-bogeys a bold red square, and every score type is described for screen readers.

The chat sheet now keeps its close button pinned at the top — even with the keyboard up — and opens straight at the newest message. New messages keep you at the bottom unless you've scrolled up to read back, where a 'New messages' pill appears to jump you down.

Watching a friend's round in-app, you can now collapse the leaderboard to a one-line medal summary and keep the live event feed as a compact last-3 preview — tap a section to expand it. Your choices stick per round.

Every full-screen map now has a Map / Satellite switch — flip to aerial imagery to scout fairways, OB lines and tree gaps from overhead. Your choice is remembered next time.

The ✕ on the full-screen hole map no longer disappears while you pan or zoom — it's always pinned top-right, ready to tap.

Typing from the sofa while watching a friend's live round no longer eats the spaces between your words — messages now send exactly as you wrote them.

The round-chat panel now has a compact, live leaderboard and a 'Hole N / M · who's up' line right at the top, so you can talk the round without flipping back to the scorecard. Tap a player to fire off a reply about them.

Tap a square in the scorecard to comment on that exact hole — your message shows a little 'On Roope's hole 7: +1' tag, and anyone can tap it to jump straight to that square. Perfect for roasting (or praising) a specific throw.

Your scoring-trend chart on stats and each course is cleaner — fewer, clearer points so the direction actually shows, with the ±par scale down the side. Tap it to open a big version where you can switch the time range (1 month up to all-time) and how finely it's grouped (daily up to quarterly), and drag across to inspect any point.

Open a friend's live game in the app and you get the full spectator experience — a rolling event feed (birdies, bet locks, lead changes), an animated betting line, and a 'who are we waiting on' hole tracker, exactly like the public watch link. No more bare hole numbers at the top.

No more surprise sign-ins when you close and reopen the app — especially on the phone. Your session is restored before the app decides where to send you, so reopening lands you right back where you were instead of bouncing you to the login screen.

Your average ±par trend now adapts to how much history you're looking at — readable whether it's a single month or nine years. The chart buckets your rounds by day, week, month or quarter to match the range, draws a smooth trend line over the noise, and finally labels the dates along the bottom. Tap any point to see that period's rounds and average.

A scorecard that was started but never scored — one you maybe forgot to delete — no longer counts as a round. Your stats, your Monthly Wrapped, your crew's totals and the leaderboards all now count only the rounds you actually played.

Got your go-to set of bets dialled in? Save it as a template, then send it to friends — by QR code, by link to WhatsApp or anywhere, or straight to a friend's phone with a notification. They tap once and your whole stack lands in their saved templates, ready to load for the next round.

Longest Putt Made, Longest Birdie Streak, Best Front 9, Best Back 9, and Cleanest Round (fewest OBs) join the bet menu. Most resolve automatically from the scores you're already keeping, so the table settles itself.

Switch a bet on at setup and you'll see the money in plain language — who collects, who pays, and how much. A new "How bets work" guide walks through it all, from the pot convention to the final settle-up.

Tap any layout on a course page to open it on its own: hole-by-hole par and distance, a GPS hole map where players have captured one, and a one-tap start so you're scoring that exact layout in seconds. Browsing courses now also shows the most-played courses on DiscGolfer and lets you narrow the search to a single country.

Change players, bets, CTP holes and the handicap without leaving a live round — tap the sliders icon in the round header. Before you confirm, you see exactly what each change means for anything already entered: remove a CTP hole that has a winner and it tells you the win will be erased; if nothing's affected it says so. Nothing applies until you tap confirm.

Crew admins can now correct the "Established" date from group settings — handy when your group existed long before the app and the auto-detected date guessed wrong. Pick any date up to your first round together, or tap "Auto-detect from rounds" to restore the computed one.

Every 3rd of the month, a little summary of what your group got up to together drops into the crew chat — how many rounds you played versus last month, who played the most, the crew's sharpest card, new courses you tried together, and a playful tag for the month. Lands quietly in the chat; tap a highlight to dive in.

When a month ends, swipe through a premium, animated recap of your disc-golf month — rounds played, your sharpest card, courses you bagged for the first time, records you broke, and the friends you played alongside. Lives in your stats; every past Wrapped is one tap away.

Played last month? On the 2nd you'll get a gentle ping that your Wrapped is ready, with a share card for your highlights. Not your thing? Switch off "Monthly Wrapped" under notification settings — it's on by default but easy to mute.

Personal analytics just got the full treatment — course records, per-layout stats, an expected-score estimate, a bet ledger, and weekly trends. Explore it all from your profile.

Your home screen now drops one interesting fact about your own game each day — your best card, a hot streak, the course you crush, who you play your best golf with — with a tap straight into your full stats. And your profile now gives personal stats top billing, with a live preview of your month. Not feeling a fact? Mute it; it never nags.

Course-specific stats now show your record at each layout — Kippis Pro Long vs Pro Short, separately — each with its own average ±par, birdie %, OB rate and expected score. Switch layouts at the top of any course in My stats → Your courses.

Course pages now show your record there with an expected score for your next round — rounds played, your best card, average ±par and when you last played, without leaving the course.

Open My stats → Your courses to see your best, worst and average score at each course, then tap one for a full breakdown: your scoring over time, a per-hole card with birdie rate and OB rate, and an expected-score estimate for your next round there.

We tightened how personal insights and per-course records are counted, so your numbers stay accurate even when a player is linked to more than one seat in the same round — no more inflated birdie counts or doubled streaks. And any fact that doesn't add up is quietly held back rather than shown.

Groups used to have only a name and an emoji. Now you can add a cover photo and a short bio, and every group shows when your crew was established — pulled automatically from your earliest round together. Admins can set it all from the new group settings screen.

Your crew now unlocks shared trophies as you rack up rounds together, explore new courses, card your first eagle, and birdie every hole at a course. Earned trophies live on a shelf in the group, and a new one drops into the chat the moment you unlock it.

The Metrix tournament calendar now refreshes itself every morning, and live leaderboards update on their own every few minutes while a competition is being played — no manual refresh needed. When nothing is live it stays quiet, so the data is current the moment you open the Events tab.

When UDisc renames a course its web address changes, which had quietly created a second copy of a few courses in search and the picker. We merged those duplicates back together, so each course now appears once — with all of its layouts and round history kept intact.

Closest-to-pin, longest-drive and other tap-to-award bets used to show up only on the phone that marked them — they quietly failed to reach everyone else's screen until the round was finished. They now sync instantly to all players and watchers the moment you award them.

When you pick a course you used to see only its primary layout, even though many courses have several (long and short tees, seasonal and pro setups). We now pull every layout straight from UDisc and refresh them weekly, so you can choose the exact one you played. Kippis, Tali, Kivikko and hundreds of other Finnish courses just gained their missing layouts.

Open a round's watch link and follow it like a sports broadcast — every birdie, bet flip and balance shift lands in a live feed as it happens, with a running betting line and a dramatic flash whenever a side-bet locks in. The useless hole-number bar is gone; you now see who the round is waiting on next.

Sharing a round played on a course with more than 18 holes used to clip the last players' scores off the image. Long scorecards now wrap onto a second row, so everyone's total and over/under-par fits. Each hole's length is shown under its par, too.

When a side bet auto-resolves — first birdie, first OB, a turkey — the celebration now reliably fires on every phone in the round and for anyone watching, not just the person who entered the score. It used to misbehave when two people kept score on the same round; now both markers (and spectators) see every result.

The ±par on a finished round's group-chat summary now matches your results page — including rounds you paused and finished partway, which used to show a wildly wrong number. And solo rounds no longer crown a "best card" when you're the only player.

See who took your group's leaderboard last month. When a month ends, the group's best player is crowned with a ceremony in the chat and a 👑 pill on their group profile until the next champion is decided.

When your round wraps up, the results screen now offers a quick row of the players you just shared a round with, so you can send a friend request in one tap. The same people also show up under Friends as "People you've played with recently".

When a friend reacts to your finished scorecard, you'll get a notification — so the cheers and commiserations actually reach you. Tweak it any time under Profile → Notifications.

Turn on notifications and we'll ping you whenever a new feature ships, so you never miss what's new. You can switch it off any time under Profile → Notifications.

Your position now glides across the map instead of jumping, a live bar counts down the distance to the basket, and you can tap out to a full-screen hole map mid-round.

Tap any handicap multiplier in setup or settlement to see the head-to-head record behind it — and after a round you can tell us in one tap whether it felt fair.

A new personal stats page breaks down how you've played this season and this year, so you can spot your trends at a glance.

Your round history is split into months with a quick month filter and per-month totals, so finding an old round is much faster.

Aces are no longer double-counted toward your eagle badges, so your Eagle Club tier now reflects exactly what you've earned.

Auto-bet notifications now show the real pot total instead of a per-opponent figure, so the money you see matches what's actually at stake.

Decline the location prompt and finding nearby courses no longer gets stuck — you can search by name and turn location back on whenever you like.

Behind the scenes we now catch and triage app errors as they happen, so glitches get spotted and fixed faster.

Live round chat is here: fire off quick phrases, @mention a friend to ping them, quote-reply, and see a presence dot for who's online. The conversation also shows up in your group threads.

Share a watch link and friends without the app can follow your round live in the browser — and cheer you on as a guest.

Side bets can now run with a handicap that weights your recent head-to-head results, so a skill gap doesn't make the money one-sided. It shows up across setup, play, settlement and history.

Courses now show a hole-by-hole map built from community GPS captures. Walk a hole to help fill in the map — there's a live heading arrow while you capture.

Spin a raffle to assign bets to holes, build your own custom bets, and save a setup as a template so you can reuse it next round.
